-We also offer 7 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for factory defects only. The product must be pristine and DO NOT have signs of usage to avail of a replacement warranty.
-For WARRANTY CLAIMS, please get in touch with our After Sales Department and we will assist you in processing your claims.
-We will pay for the cost of delivery of any replacements to the buyer. However, the buyer must shoulder the shipping expense to return the item to us.
-You must return all goods to us in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in substantially the same condition as you received.
-Product repair takes about 15 to 30 days after we receive your item.
-The WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY to faults which have been caused by misuse and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the goods are in the buyer's possession.
-Please present the Sales Invoice or Provide the Sales Invoice number upon claiming warranty.
