1) We offer 1 YEAR RADIO WARRANTY for our brands such as Cignus, ICOM, Kenwood, Alinco, Motorola, Diamond, ICE, Iqonic, etc., and 6 MONTHS WARRANTY for Baofeng, TYT, QYT, Marui Brands.
2) We also offer 7 DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY for factory defects only. The product must be in pristine condition and DO NOT have signs of usage to avail replacement warranty.
3) For WARRANTY CLAIMS, please contact our After Sales Department and we will assist you in processing your claims.
4) We will pay for the cost of delivery of any replacements to the buyer. However, the buyer must shoulder the shipping expense to return the item to us.
5) You must return all goods to us in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING in substantially the same condition as you received.
6) Product repair takes about 15 to 30 days after we receive your item.
7) The WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY to faults which have been caused by misuse and/or neglect of the goods or by accidents caused while the goods are in the buyer's possession.

1) Shipping time takes about 3 to 6 days for Luzon and 6 to 12 days for Vizmin.
